Quick fixes.
Download stuck
Restart the app and check your connection. The AI (~4GB) downloads on first launch and resumes if interrupted.
Slow performance
Make sure you're on Apple Silicon with at least 8GB RAM. Close other memory-intensive apps.
Subscription not recognized
Connect to the internet briefly for one license check. After that, COTID works offline until renewal.
